Five 40 yard sprints 80-100%

22 push ups
22 burpees
* This is a nasty one!!
Thursday:
Rest
Friday:
5 rounds
400 meter run
13 push ups
7 pull ups
13 squats
*pull up SUB reverse pull ups
Saturday:
1 mile run
3 rounds
23 push ups
23 box jumps
