400 meter run (fast as possible)

Wednesday:
15 Push-ups
5 broad jumps
20 lunges
15 push-ups
5 broad jumps
20 lunges
13 push ups
5 broad jumps
20 lunges
Thursday:
8 rounds
6 push ups
6 reverse pull ups / or pull ups
6 squats jumps
3….2….1 GO!
Friday:
Typically Thursday is our day off I guess I was so motivated I posted a WOD!
Rest or do yesterday’s WOD or
43 push ups broken up through out your day.
