Monday:
9 push ups
200 meter run
8 push ups
200 meter run
5 push ups
200 meter run
Tuesday:
22 push ups
22 sit ups
22 lunges
22 squats
200 meter run
If you finish under 6 minutes do a second round if you finish 2 rounds under 12 minutes do a third round.
Wednesday:
11 Super Mans
11 V – Ups
11 Push ups
11 Squats
10 Super Mans
10 V – Ups
10 Push ups
10 Squats
8 Super Mans
8 V – Ups
8 Push ups
8 Squats
* continue decreasing by reps of 2
Thursday:
Rest day
22 push ups
* no more the 5 reps at a time
Friday:
400 meter run
22 push ups
22 pull ups
22 squats
400 meter run
Finish under 10 minutes do a second round.
Saturday:
Every minute for 22 minutes perform
1 push up
2 burpees
3 sit ups
4 lunges (each leg counts as one)
5 squats
Rest remaining time with in the minute.
